Guest Speaker: Emily Ford
Emily Ford was hired in 2016 as the head Gardener of the Glensheen Mansion in Duluth, MN. With a background in geology and soil science, Emily found herself falling in love with the 1910 historic grounds. The grounds consist of 56 garden beds that include annuals, perennials, fruits and vegetables. In her near decade of being the head gardener, Emily dove into historic documents and photos of the grounds in order to keep the history alive.
